⚡PlebLab Relocates + Open House

⚡PlebLab upgrades to a new office space off 6th Street in Austin. PlebLab hosts open house during BitBlockBoom Week to celebrate, and showcase the new laboratory. Plus Live Stream fundraiser for @Hodlonaut.

It was an eventful week in Austin, Texas, to say the least. BitBlockBoom, the Bitcoin-only conference, dominated the Bitcoin space headlines. But it was the ⚡PlebLab Open House that highlighted the week.

To kick off Phase 2 of PlebLab: Kyle, Car, Keyan, and the other Plebs invited all Bitcoiners to break into the new office space. Free food and drinks, ⚡PlebLab swag, and chill vibes. Bitcoiners worldwide were pleasantly surprised to hear of the satellite🛰 event taking place blocks away from the conference. It was likely conceived last minute, but the impact of the open house cannot be understated. The Plebs proved once again that Austin Bitcoiners are a special breed. 💪

The Misfit Hackers, including special guest @ODELL, hosted a Live Stream📹 Fundraiser for @Hodlonaut, with help from OpenSats and IBEX Mercado. The stream included a live auction for charity and audience Q&A. The items auctioned included many unique art pieces from hyped bitcoin artist @Cryptograffiti and others. Millions of Sats were raised, which will be put towards defending Bitcoin and Bitcoiners in a court of law.

The success of the open house and launch of Phase 2 of ⚡PlebLab is a huge leap for Plebkind. This also comes from the 2nd Bitcoin Block Party on Rainey Street. The Block Party was an opportunity for Bitcoiners far and wide to support the local businesses transitioning to a bitcoin standard.

The fun has just begun. Since the Open House, ⚡PlebLab has already hosted a PlebDev Workshop, where prospective bitcoin devs learned the fundamentals of programming and moar.
